曲阜市餐饮行业蟑螂侵害现状调查及防治效果研究 被引量:4

Surveillance of cockroach population infestation and assessment of chemical control effectiveness in catering industries of Qufu City

摘要 目的调查曲阜市蟑螂在不同类型餐饮行业的侵害现状,探索适合不同场所防治蟑螂的有效对策。方法采用蟑螂纸粘捕法调查蟑螂密度及侵害状况,并根据不同场所类型采取毒饵诱杀、药品滞留喷洒、烟雾熏杀3种防治办法,评估其防治效果。结果 3年共调查大型、中型和小型3种类型餐饮单位450家,调查房间3 540间,捕获蟑螂7 432只,均为德国小蠊,3年平均密度为2.30只/张,平均侵害率为30.54%。针对蟑螂侵害情况较重的5家中型餐饮单位进行防治效果评估,施药前蟑螂平均密度为6.21只/张,施药1周后蟑螂密度为0.64只/张,防效为89.94%;施药1个月后蟑螂密度为0.31只/张,防效为95.00%。结论曲阜市蟑螂在不同类型餐饮行业和不同场所的侵害情况有所不同,后厨侵害情况最重,其次是餐厅和仓库。因此要加强对餐饮行业内后厨、餐厅和仓库的日常管理,采取多种综合性防治措施,就可以达到控制蟑螂危害的目的。 Objective To study the population and infestation rates of cockroaches in different catering industries and further explore effective control methods in differentiated areas. Methods Sticky traps were used to survey cockroach population densities and evaluate the infestation rates. Three chemical methods,namely bait poison,insecticide residual spraying and thermal fog fumigating were applied to control cockroaches. Results Totally 7 432 cockroaches were captured in 3 540 rooms of 450 catering organizations in the three years. All the cockroaches trapped were Blattella germanica with mean population of 2. 30 insects per trap and infestation rate of 30. 54%. Five catering organizations severely infested by cockroaches were selected for the control trial. The mean population density was6. 21 insects per trap before chemical application,and declined to 0. 64 and 0. 31 insects per trap respectively one week and one month after the control. The one week and one month control effects were 89. 94% and 95. 00%.Conclusion Cockroaches differently infested different areas of catering industries in Qufu City,and are serious in kitchens,dining rooms and ware houses. Integrated control efforts should be carried out to control cockroaches in kitchens,dining rooms and warehouses.
