摘要
目的对1例他克莫司相关的肥厚型心肌病进行分析及机制探讨,提出药学监护要点,为临床用药提供参考。方法通过对病史的追踪和国内外文献的查阅,探讨发生不良反应的可能机制。结果目前他克莫司导致肥厚型心肌病机制尚未明确,但其不良反应发生与他克莫司血药浓度及患者自身心血管危险因素密切相关。结论患者在长期使用他克莫司治疗期间,应定期监测其血药浓度及相关参数水平,将药源性损伤降到最低。
Objective To analyze the mechanism of tacrolimus-related hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and to provide reference for pharmaceutical care in the clinical medication use. Methods By reviewing the medical history of domestic and foreign literatures, we explored the possible mechanism of adverse reactions. Results The mechanism of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy caused by tacrolimus was not yet clear, but its adverse effects were closely related to the tacrolimus blood concentration and patients＇ cardiovascular risk factors. Conclusion The tacrolimus blood concentration and related parameter levels should be monitored regularly during the long term use of tacrolimus to minimize the risk of drug-induced damage.
