药物与人工流产终止稽留流产的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的药物流产术和人工流产术在稽留流产治疗中的临床效果。方法:本研究选择2016年1月到2017年1月在吉林市妇产医院计划生育门诊143例稽留流产患者,根据不同终止妊娠方式,分成药物流产组(64例)和人工流产组(79例),比较两组受术者终止妊娠的临床效果。结果:两组在完全流产率、不全流产率、流产后阴道出血时间、月经复潮等相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产,疗效显著,值得推广。
