摘要
冼绍祥教授认为,原发性高血压的病机不外乎本虚标实,虚实夹杂,虚者为肝肾阴亏,水不涵木;实者为风、火、痰、瘀内生,上扰清窍。病位以肝、脾、肾三脏为主,治疗上以化痰祛湿、扶正补虚、镇肝熄风、活血化瘀为法,结合袋泡茶、膏方、沐足等其他治疗手段,疗效令患者满意。
Professor XIAN Shaoxiang believes that,the pathogenesis of primary hypertensionessential is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,intermingled deficiency and excess. The deficiency syndrome is Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney,water failing to moisten wood,otherwise,the sufficiency syndrome is the collection of wind,fire,phlegm and stasis leads to perturbation of brain. It is located at the liver,spleen,kidney,and should be treated by reducing phlegm and removing dampness,enriching consumptive and strengthening healthy energy,tranquilizing liver-wind and removing blood stasis. On the basis of that,combined with other treatment methods,such as tea bags,cream formulae,foot bath and so on,by which can obtain satisfied curative effect.
