摘要
职业院校教学工作诊断与改进是建立常态化自主保证人才培养质量的有效举措,师资质量保证是人才培养质量保证的关键。在诊改工作的框架内探索高职院校师资质量保证的有效路径:分析现状及原因,给出对应措施,并根据措施打造"目标链"和"标准链",并从课程研发、实训研发、教师培训、企业调研四个维度提出可行的师资质量保证路径。
The diagnosis and improvement of teaching work in vocational colleges is an effective measure to establish the normal talent training quality, and the teaching staff quality assurance is the key to talent training quality assurance. Within the framework of diagnosis and improvement, it explores the effective path to assure teacher quality in higher vocational colleges:analyze the current situation and its causes, offer corresponding measures, build purpose chain and standard chain, and proposes the feasible quality assurance path from four dimensions of course research and development, practical training research and development, teacher training and enterprise investigation.
