摘要
目的分析心脏移植术后的护理方法。方法选择2005年4月—2016年4月22例心脏移植术后的患者作为研究对象。对22例移植心脏的患者进行全面护理,观察心脏移植术后的护理方法。结果进行合理有效的全面护理后,22例移植心脏的患者中,仅有2例出现供心衰竭死亡;2例出现排斥反应,而后恢复;共有20例康复出院,生存质量较好。结论在心脏移植术后,对患者进行合理有效的全面护理,有利于患者病情稳定,提升生活质量,促进患者恢复健康,切实减少并发症的发生。
Objective To analyze the nursing methods after heart transplantation. Methods 22 patients after heart transplantation from April 2005 to April 2016 were selected as the research subjects. 22 patients with heart transplant were given comprehensive nursing care to observe the nursing methods after heart transplantation. Results After reasonable and effective comprehensive nursing, of the 22 patients with heart transplant, only 2 cases died of heart failure, 2 cases were regenerated and then recovered, there were 20 cases of rehabilitation hospital, and the quality of survival was better. Conclusion After the heart transplantation, a reasonable and effective comprehensive nursing for the patients is beneficial to the patient＇s stability, the improvement of the quality of life, the recovery of the patient＇s health, and the reduction of the complications.
