摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科护理应用于机器人辅助腹腔镜肾肿瘤切除术中对患者术后康复、不良情绪和并发症的影响。方法将2015年6月至2016年6月我院收治的行常规护理的机器人辅助腹腔镜肾肿瘤切除术患者56例作为对照组,将2016年7月至2017年7月我院收治的行快速康复外科护理的机器人辅助腹腔镜肾肿瘤切除术患者56例作为观察组。比较两组术后康复效果、不良情绪变化、并发症和护理满意度情况。结果观察组术后排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、进食时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后SAS,SDS评分及并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理应用于机器人辅助腹腔镜肾肿瘤切除术患者中可促进患者术后恢复,减轻不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on robot-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy for postoperative recovery,adverse emotions,and complications. Methods the patients who underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy of 56 cases with routine care in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the control group. The patients who underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy of 56 cases with rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the observation group. The postoperative rehabilitation effects,adverse mood changes,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative exhaust time,defecating time,ambulation time,eating time,postoperative hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The SAS,SDS scores and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in robot-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy patients can promote postoperative recovery,as well as reduce bad mood and the incidence of complications. In addition,it can also improve nursing satisfaction. Therefore,it is worth promoting.
