摘要
通过统计思南县暴雨预警时段内(12 h、6 h、3 h)暴雨以上日数空间分布表明,思南县域内暴雨日数及预警时段暴雨发生频率的空间分布不均匀,北部东华乡是蓝色和黄色以及橙色预警关注的重点,东南部大坝场镇和中部的枫芸乡是红色预警关注的重点。对增加暴雨预警提前量的可行性进行了分析:暴雨蓝色预警在雨前发布的可信度高,而暴雨橙色预警和红色预警雨前发布的可信度低。
The spatial distribution of rainstorm days above 12 h - 6 h - 3 h） in Sinan county indicates that days and frequency of rainstorm in early warning period were very unevenly distributed. Donghua Township in the north is the focus of blue,yellow and orange warning,while Dabachang Town in the southeast and Fengyun Township in the middle of the region are the focus of red warning. The feasibility of increasing the precautionary time of rainstorm warning was analyzed. The credibility of rainstorm blue warning is high before rain,but the credibility of orange rainstorm warning and red warning is low.
