米氮平联合低频重复经颅磁刺激对伴睡眠障碍焦虑症老年患者焦虑情绪改善及睡眠质量的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究米氮平联合低频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对伴睡眠障碍焦虑症老年患者焦虑情绪改善及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2015年7月~2017年7月本院94例伴睡眠障碍焦虑症老年患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分组,各47例。对照组采用米氮平治疗,观察组采用米氮平+低频rTMS治疗,治疗后对比两组疗效、治疗前后焦虑情绪(SAS、SDS)改善状况及睡眠质量(入睡时间、早醒时间)变化情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(95.74%)高于对照组(78.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组SAS、SDS评分、入睡时间、早醒时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组SAS、SDS评分、入睡时间、早醒时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伴睡眠障碍焦虑症老年患者采取米氮平联合低频rTMS治疗,疗效显著,可减轻患者焦虑抑郁情绪,改善睡眠质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of Mirtazapine combined with low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) on anxiety improvement and sleep quality in elderly patients with sleep disorder and anxiety disorder. Methods From July 2015 to July 2017, 94 elderly patients with sleep disorders and anxiety disorders were selected as the subjects in this study, and they were divided into 2 groups randoml with 47 patients in each group. The control group was treated with mirtazapine, and the observation group was treated with mirtazapine and low frequency rTMS., compare the curative effect of two groups after treatment, and compare the anxiety(SAS, SDS) improvement, and sleep quality(sleep time, early awakening time) changes before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%(45/47), which was higher than that of the control group(78.72%)(37/47)(P 〈 0.05). Before treatment, there was insignificant difference in SAS, SDS score, fall asleep time, early awakening time of two groups(P 〉 0.05). After treatment, SAS, SDS score, fall asleep time, early awakening time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Mirtazapine combined with low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) in the treatment of elderly patients with sleep disorder and anxiety disorder has got remarkable effect, which can relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients and improve the quality of sleep.
