摘要 针对Buck-Boost电路在某种工作模态下输入电流断续、开关器件电压应力高的问题,给出一种可实现单位功率因数输入、升降压功能、开关器件电压应力固定的Boost-Buck电路。该电路拓扑结合了Boost电路和Buck的特点,具有电路拓扑结构简单、器件应力低、电流检测简单、效率高等优点。达到与BuckBoost电路相同的功能。对电路的工作状态进行了分析,给出相应的控制策略,并对电路效率做出初步计算。仿真与实验结果验证了所提拓扑和控制策略的可行性。 In order to solve the problem of intermittent input current and high voltage stress of switching devices in a certain operating mode of a Buck-Boost circuit, a new Boost-Buck circuit is designed in this paper, that can achieve unity power factor input, buck-boost function and fixed voltage stress of switching devices. This circuit topology combines the characteristics of the Boost circuit and Buck, and has the advantages of simple circuit topology, low device stress, simple current detection, and high efficiency. It achieves the same function as the Buck-Boost circuit. And The working state of the circuit is analyzed, the corresponding control strategy is given, and a preliminary calculation of the circuit efficiency is made. The feasibility of the proposed topology and control strategy is verified by simulation and experimental results.
