摘要
目的:为了评价香棒虫草在不同采收地点及采收期内质量问题,建立香棒虫草HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用Alltima TM C18柱(250×4.6 mm;5μm),流动相为水-甲醇梯度洗脱;流速1 m L/min,检测波长260nm:结果:建立了香棒虫草HPLC指纹图谱,方法学考察结果良好,确立了9个共有峰,其中5个峰得到确认,12批香棒虫草除2批外,其余相似度均在0.85以上,且与天然冬虫夏草能区分。结论:建立的指纹图谱可为香棒虫草的质量评价提供依据。
Objective：To establish HPLC fingerprint of cordyceps barnessii thwaites,in order to evaluate the quality of cordyceps barnessii thwaites which was harvested in different place and time.Methods：The gradient elution was performed by using Alltima TM C18 column（250 x 4.6 mm;5μm）,and methanol-water was taken as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 m L/min.The detection wavelength was 260 nm.Results：The HPLC fingerprint of cordyceps barnessii thwaites was established.The result of methodological investigation was good.Nine common peaks were existed in the fingerprint,and among them,five common peaks were confirmed.The similarity of twelve batches of cordyceps barnessii thwaites was greater than 0.85 except two batches,and it could distinguish between natural cordyceps and cordyceps barnessii thwaites correctly.Conclusion：The established fingerprint can provide the basis for the quality evaluation of cordyceps barnessii thwaites.
