摘要
目的:观察中药保留灌肠联合臭氧对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的治疗效果。方法:将80例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者分为两组,治疗组用自拟盆炎方保留灌肠联合臭氧治疗;对照组采用静滴头孢类抗生素和甲硝唑注射液治疗。对比两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率92.5%,不良反应0例;对照组总有效率72.5%,不良反应6例。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,不良反应明显少于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药保留灌肠联合臭氧在治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症中起到良好的效果,不良反应少。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of TCM retention enema combined with ozone on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：80 cases of patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with self-made retention enema combined with ozone,while the control group was treated with intravenous drip Cephalosporins and Metronidazole injection.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results：In treatment group,the total efficiency was 92.5%,0 case had adverse reactions;while in the control group,the total efficiency was 72.5%,6 cases had adverse reactions.The effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group,and the adverse reaction of treatment group was significantly less than that of control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of TCM retention enema combined with ozone on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease is better,and the adverse reactions are less.
