摘要 目的 :探讨Frialit 2种植系统在单个上颌前牙即刻种植修复中的临床修复效果。方法 :1 2例患者植入Frialit 2阶梯螺旋状种植体 1 2枚 ,以丙烯酸树脂暂时冠进行即刻修复 ,并辅以树脂牙合托 ,常规每月进行口腔检查 ,在种植体手术当日、术后 2 4周及 48周分别摄X线片。以临床成功率、种植体稳定性 (PTV)和牙槽骨高度(CBD2 4、CBD48)为评价标准。结果 :术后 2 4周PTV平均为 - 2 ,术后 2 4周和 48周CBD2 4、CBD48分别为 0 .46mm和 0 .75mm ,1 2月后临床成功率为 1 0 0 %。结论 :上颌前牙区的即刻种植修复应用有较好的临床疗效。严格适应证选择 ,使种植体获得初期稳定性并避免额外的功能性或非功能性的负荷对种植成功有至关重要的作用。 Aim:To investigate the clinical prosthedontic effects of immediate loading of single tooth implants in the anterior maxilla.Methods:A total of 12 patients have been treated with the insertion of 12 FRIALIT 2 Synchro stepped screw implants. All implants were immediately restored with unsplinted acrylic resin provisional crowns and occlusal splints. Regular controls were performed in monthly intervals, intraoral radiographs were taken directly after implant placement, 24 and 48 weeks after insertion. The survival rate, clinical stability (Periotest, PTV), and radiographic coronal bone defects (CBD24 and CBD48) were evaluated at delivery of the definitive superstructures.Results:The median PTV 24 weeks post insertion was -2 with a minimum of -5 and a maximum of +2.The values of CBD 24 and CBD 48 were 0.46 and 0.75 mm. No implant failed up to 12 months after insertion resulting in a survival rate of 100%.Conclusion:It is evident that immediate loading protocols of single tooth implantation in the anterior maxilla are successful. It requires a careful and strict patient selection in order to achieve the best primary stability and to avoid any excessive functional or non functional loading.
