摘要
计算机集成制造系统CIMS自从诞生以来,极大地促进了制造企业生产率的提高,同时企业CIMS化改善投资也带来了一定的风险。针对该问题,首先研究了CIMS结构模型,然后利用模糊评价法,通过划分因素集,建立评价集,专家确立权重向量并投票的方法,最终得出模糊评价。为定量说明结果,给出了综合得分计算方法。该方法为企业CIMS化决策的定量评估,以规避风险,提高回报率提供了一种参照手段。
Since CIMS was born, manufacturing enterprise productivity has been greatly promoted, and investment of enterprise CIMS renewal also brought risks to some extent. To solve this problem, we first studied the CIMS structure model, then used the fuzzy evaluation method to establish the evaluation set by dividing the factor sets, and the experts established and weighted the voting vector method. Finally, the fuzzy evaluation was obtained. In order to quantify results, synthesis score calculated was given in this paper. This method provided some certain references in CIMS renewal policy quantitative evaluation to avoid risk and raise returns.
