梨小食心虫幼虫取食水果的声波研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]为了减少梨小食心虫在水果储藏和运输中再危害,使用声音监测技术快速简便地检查发现并处理虫果,为声音监测提供依据。[方法]本文使用声音识别技术,通过录音笔记录梨小食心虫幼虫不同虫龄取食苹果和梨的声波,将声音数据导入Adobe Audition进行降噪处理,对比分析不同虫龄幼虫取食苹果和梨时的声音强度。[结果]发现不同虫龄幼虫取食和取食苹果和梨时声音强度均无显著差异,其平均值-40.8dB(苹果)和-43.8dB(梨)作为声音监测依据。[结论]在实际监测中可通过采集储藏果品声波,与监测依据比较确定是否存在幼虫蛀食为害,通过所采集声波声音强度与监测依据倍数关系估测害虫数量,及时采取措施去除虫果,从而减少水果运输储藏过程梨小食心虫幼虫对水果的损伤,提高检测效率。 [Objective]In order to reduce the fruit damage caused by Grapholitha molesta(Busk)feeding during storage and transportation stages,acoustic analysis was applied to detect and discriminate fruits at bad quality quickly and easily,which provided the basis for the technique application using sonic vibration to monitor fruit quality at post-harvest stage.[Methods]In the study,first step was to record the sound waves produced by G.molestalarvae at different instars which were fed with either apples or pears.And then,collected sonic data was transferred into Adobe Audition for noise reduction and sound wave analysis.Sound intensity of larvae at different instars feeding on apples or pears was comparatively analyzed.[Results]There was no significant difference in sound intensity when larvae at different instars were consuming apples or pears.The average sound intensity value of -40.8 dB for apples and -43.8 dB for pears could be adopted as fruit damage monitoring standard.[Conclusion]During actual monitoring,the both healthy and damaged fruit sound wave can be collected,and the presence of larvae in the fruits could be identified with determined monitoring standard.The number of larvae can be estimated through a sonic wave intensity which is the multiple of collected sound waves and monitoring standard.Then take measures to remove G.molestain the fruit.Therefore the damage could be reduced during transportation and storage stages,and the detection effectiveness could be improved.
