摘要
目的探讨全腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术在治疗肥胖胃癌患者中的近期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2016年12月在该院微创外科行全腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术的肥胖患者24例(研究组)和同期在该院行开腹远端胃癌根治术的肥胖患者24例(对照组)的临床资料。结果研究组患者的术中出血量、术后首次排气时间、切口长度、住院时间等指标均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组淋巴结清扫总数目、手术时间、术后并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术治疗肥胖胃癌患者能够显著改善近期临床相关指标,有利于患者的术后恢复。
Objective To investigate the recent clinical efficacy of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for the treatment of obese patients with gastric cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 24 cases obese patients （experime-ntal group） who did total laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the hospital fl＇om January 2013 to December 2016, and at the same period, the clinical data of 24 cases obese patients who did open distal gastric cancer radical in the hospital were collected. Results The intraoperative blood loss, first exhaust time after operation, the length of incision and the length of hospitalization of the patients in the experimental group were all significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The total number of lymph node dissection, the duration of operation and the incidence of post-operative complications in the experimental group were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic rad- ical distal gastrectomy for obese patients with gastric cancer can significantly improve the recent clinical related indicators, and is conducive to postoperative recovery.
