摘要
针对大型煤矿当中传统加压泵的不足和缺陷,采用三相异步电动机驱动的加压水泵为研究对象,构建了一套智能联网调控的变频加压泵变频调控系统。结合变频调速的参数表达式、泵特性方程和动力学知识,利用MATLAB2015软件实验平台搭建了仿真等效模型,对变频加压泵的工作特性进行了测试。结果表明:仿真结果与实际结果相吻合,证明了该模型的可靠性和有效性,且实验结果可以被有效地应用于煤矿的供水调节,如果被合理运用在工程实际项目中,可以达到节能降耗的目的。
Aiming at the deficiency and defect of traditional pres surized pump in large coal mine, a frequency conversion control system of variable frequency pressurized pump driven by three-phase asynchronous motor is constructed. Combined with the parameter expression, pump characteristic equation and dynamic knowledge of variable frequency speed regulation, the simulation equivalent model was built by using MATLAB2015 software experiment platform, and the working characteristics of frequency conversion pressurized pump were tested. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the actual results, which proves the reliability and validity of the model, and the experimental results can be effectively applied to the regulation of coal mine water supply. It can achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction in practical engineering projects.
