超低热值多孔介质燃烧器积木型内芯结构的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于一种具有热量回流的超低热值燃气多孔介质燃烧器,通过进行多孔介质块的积木式排列,构建了多种孔隙分布的多孔介质燃烧室结构.完成了在理论当量比和一定燃烧强度时,超低热值燃气在不同多孔介质积木型内芯结构中燃烧的温度变化和污染物排放测试.研究结果表明:与截面孔隙密度不变的多孔介质内芯相比,在孔隙密度沿流动方向逐渐降低的情况下,当外侧多孔介质孔隙密度比中心减小时,火焰温度和燃烧稳定性均降低,CO排放量增大;当外侧孔隙密度比中心增大时,火焰温度和稳定性升高,CO排放量减少. This paper introduces a serial of porous media combustion chambers constructed with different pore distribu- tion by building-bloek strueture of porous mediunl bloeks. The eombustor w-as designed for the ultra-low- ealorie gas (ULCG) based on heat reeireulation. At theoretieal equivalent ratio and a eertain firing rate, the temperature ehange and the pollutant emissions w-ere measured w-hen the ultra-low- ealorifie value gas eombusted in various building-bloek strue- ture of porous media. The results showed that by eomparing with the inner eore of porous media with fixed density of pore' s eross-seetion, we found that w-hen the pore density deereased along the flow- direetion, and the outer pore density of po- rous media w-as smaller than that of the eenter, the flame temperature and eombustion redueed stably, and CO emissions inereased; However, when the outer pore density of porous media was larger than that of the eenter, the flame tempera- ture and eombustion inereased stably and CO emissions redueed.
