摘要
成人学历教育作为继续教育的一个重要部分,其课堂教学效果的好坏,直接影响着教育公平和教育现代化的实现。作为一名一线成教老师,必须深刻剖析成人学员的学习动机,仔细鉴别成人学员不同的学习需求,科学地进行教学规划,客观地进行教学设计,努力提升课堂教学效果,做到＂为地区发展育人,为人的发展服务＂。
As a very important part of Continuous education for diploma,the teaching effect and quality directly influences the realization of education justice and modernization.As a teacher of continuous education on the front line,we must analyze the motivation of the adult students,identify their learning needs,scientifically make the teacher plan,design their teaching activity,do our best to promote the class-teaching effect,and realize our teaching aim ＂teaching for the local development;serving the development of the people＂.
