摘要
目的探讨整体护理对支气管扩张大咯血介入术围术期的应用价值。方法抽取2016年1月22日—2017年1月22日至我院就诊的60例支气管扩张大咯血患者作为本次的研究对象,对所有患者均给予支气管扩张大咯血介入术进行治疗,依照信封随机分组方案进行分组,每组均30例。其中对常规组给予一般护理,对实验组给予整体护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果实验组与常规组的护理满意度分别为93.33%与73.33%,比较组间数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对支气管扩张大咯血患者采用整体护理干预措施,便于将患者的满意度提高,优化临床护理质量,便于术后患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the application value of holistic nursing in perioperative period of bronchiectasis massive hemoptysis. Methods 60 patients with bronchiectasis massive haemoptysis in our hospital were selected as the object of study, from January 22, 2016 to January 22, 2017, all patients were given massive haemoptysis interention treatment, according to the envelope randomized grouping, 30 cases in each group. General nursing was given to the conventional group, and holistic nursing was given to the experimental group, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group and the conventional group was 93.33% and 73.33% respectively, and the difference between the groups was significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion For bronchiectasis massive hemoptysis patients, holistic nursing intervention measures can facilitate the patients＇ satisfaction, optimize the quality of clinical nursing, facilitate postoperative recovery.
