摘要
为有效管理那板水库大坝安全,参照国内外经验,结合水库的实际情况,开发了基于互联网的大坝安全管理信息系统软件,并简述该软件设计要点及功能。经1年多的应用,效果好,全面实现了水库运行状况动态预警,为水库运营提供了可靠的技术支撑和决策平台。
In order to effectively manage the dam safety of Naban Reservoir, with reference to domestic and overseas experience,and combining with the actual situation of reservoir, the dam safety management information system soft-ware based on Internet is developed. A brief introduction is made on the key design points and functions of this soft-ware. The software has been applied for more than one year with good effects, providing reliable technical support and decision-making platform for reservoir management. The dynamic warning of reservoir operation has been fully realized.
