摘要
目的:探讨小切口白内障手术治疗的临床效果。方法:收治老年性白内障患者150例,随机平分为两组。对照组实施超声乳化白内障摘除术,观察组实施小切口白内障手术。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:术后6个月观察组患者角膜散光度数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施小切口白内障手术,手术治疗有效率高,有利于改善患者的角膜散光度数,不良反应发生率低,手术难度不高。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of small incision cataract surgery.Methods：150 cases of senile cataract were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The phacoemulsification cataract extraction was used in the control group,while small incision cataract surgery was applied in the observation group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After 6 months,the corneal astigmatism in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The operation of small incision cataract surgery has high effective rate, which helps to improve the degree of corneal astigmatism,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the difficulty of the operation is not high.
