摘要
干部医疗保健工作既是医院重要的医疗工作,也是党和国家赋予的政治任务,应用ISO9001理念建立干部保健质量管理体系尤为必要。某三甲医院干部保健基地通过成立工作小组、建立文件框架,借助不良事件报告和满意度调查两个重要工具,建立了干部保健质量管理体系,并取得初步成效。
Cadre health management is both important for the hospital and the national country. Therefore,to build quality management of cadre health management is very important. The hospital has got a great outcome by teamwork,rules and regulations,adverse event report and satisfaction survey.
