摘要
以继续发扬奥运精神,继承奥运使命,传播奥运文化,努力办好2022年北京冬奥会为目的。本文采用文献资料、规范分析等研究方法,立足于党和国家对体育发展的政治、经济、文化、生态、教育和科技要求,提出我国体育发展的新思想、新原则、新理念、新目标、新观念;回顾分析了2008年北京奥运会的社会影响价值—积极影响、滞后影响,为2022年北京冬奥会的举办奠定了基础;提出新时代下2022年北京冬奥会使命传承理论框架与践履建议。
In order to carry forward the Olympic spirit,inherit the Olympic mission,spread the Olympic culture,and strive to host the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,this paper puts forward new ideas,new principles,new ideas and new goals for the development of sports in China based on the political,economic,cultural,ecological,educational,scientific and technological requirements of the Party,as well as the state for the development of sports.Besides,the assay analyzes retrospectively the social impact value of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,i. e. positive impact and lagging impact,so as to lay the foundation for the hosting of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and put forward the development framework and construction of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics in the new era.
