摘要
长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)是长度大于200bp且无编码蛋白功能的RNA。研究发现LncRNA在转录、表观遗传学以及转录后水平等方面发挥重要的调控作用,调节机体的病理和生理过程。一些LncRNA在宫颈癌组织中异常表达,且在宫颈癌的发生过程中起到重要作用,可作为宫颈癌早期诊断以及预后监测的分子标志物。
Long non-coding RNAs are a group of RNA molecules considered as transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides without protein coding function. Many studies have indicated that LncRNAs play an important role in the regulation of transcription, epigenetics and transcriptional level and lnc RNAs regulate the pathological and physiological process of the body. Some LncRNAs are abnormal expression in cervical cancer tissues and play an important role in the occurrence of cervical cancer, which can be used as a molecular marker for the early diagnosis and prognosis of cervical cancer.
