摘要
针对目前市场上洗车方式存在的洗车速度慢、劳动成本高等缺点,设计了一款基于三菱FX2N-48MR PLC的自动洗车控制系统,通过PLC系统传递指令信号,实现自动洗车的功能,大大提高了洗车的工作效率。软件调试的结果表明:基于PLC的自动洗车控制系统设计可靠,能够满足设计需求,可应用到实际工作场合。
In order to solve the problems of long time cost and high labor cost of the traditional car-washing method in current markets,this article designed an automatic car-washing control system based on Mitsubishi FX2 N-48 MR PLC.The function of automatic car washing would be implemented by the command signal transmitted by PLC,which considerably improved the working efficiency.The software debugging result shows that the automatic car-washing control system based on PLC is reliable,and is able to satisfy the design requirement.The system is expected to be applied in practical working environment.
