基于Dynaform的智能IC卡凸起字符冲压成形研究 被引量:1

摘要 冲压成形是现代产品成形的重要方法之一。针对智能IC卡凸起字符在冲压过程中容易出现卡片变薄、褶皱、开裂等问题,通过数值模拟的方法,以Dynaform有限元软件为仿真平台,评估了冲压过程中的冲压力、冲压速度和压边力等工艺参数对冲压成形质量的影响规律,得出了字符成形过程中卡片厚度的变化趋势;并通过成形极限图预测出字符在冲压成形过程中潜在的缺陷;通过测得不同数字表面积的大小,得出冲压字符过程中所需冲压力的比例关系,为IC卡凸起字符成形设备的优化设计提供理论依据。 In order to solve the problems,such as card thinning,folding,cracking,in the process of stamping of raised characters of intelligent IC cards,simulating on the platform of Dynaform finite element software,the article evaluated the influential regularity on stamping quality caused by the technical parameters,including stamping velocity,stress and pressure pad force,etc.,in the process of stamping.Hence the variable trend of the thickness of cards in the process of character forming was obtained.Furthermore,the potential defects of character stamping were predicted based on forming limit diagram(FLD).Calculating the superficial areas of different digits,the ratio relationship of stamping force in the process of stamping characters was obtained,which could provide theoretical reference for optimization design of IC-card raising character forming equipment.
