摘要
线控转向取消了车轮与方向盘之间的机械连接,导致路面信息无法经方向盘直接传递给驾驶员。为了驾驶的安全性,设计了路感仿真模拟系统,利用稀土永磁型直流电机输出扭矩与电机电流线性度较好的特点,搭建电机路感仿真模拟控制电路。汽车ECU可根据方向盘转角传感器和车辆行驶状态信息,通过电机控制板输入电压控制输出扭矩。经实验验证,该系统有效可靠,能适用于不同类型SBW车辆的路感仿真模拟。
Steer-by-wire(SBW)cancelled the mechanical connection between wheels and steering wheel,which leads to a serious issue that the information of road surface cannot be directly transferred to drivers via steering wheels.Focusing on driving safety,in this paper,a road-feeling simulation system was designed.In this design,a motor road-feeling simulation control circuit was built based on the characteristic of good linearity between output torque and motor current within rare-earth permanent magnetic direct-current(DC)motor.The automobile ECU is able to control the output torque by inputting a voltage via the motor control board,according to steering wheel angle sensor(SWAS)and vehicle transporting condition information.Verifying by experiment,this system is effective and reliable,and is able to be applied in road-feeling simulations of different types of SBW vehicles.
