摘要
分析了球磨机采用滑动轴承存在摩擦阻力大的弊端。使用滚动轴承代替滑动轴承 ,降低了磨机能耗 ,解决了大负荷下轴承寿命、轴承密封等问题 ,磨机配用电动机功率可减少 17%～ 2 2 %。
The application of slide bearing in ball mills had a defect of great friction resistance.Using rolling bearing to replace the slide bearing has reduced the energy consumption of mills,solved the problems in bearing life and seal under great load and reduced the power of the motor used for the mill by 17%～ 22%.
