摘要
以朝鲜淫羊藿(Epimedium koreanum Nakai)为试验材料,采用遮阳网遮光方式设置透光率100%(CK)、70%±3%(T1)、50%±3%(T2)、30%±3%(T3)4种处理,测定朝鲜淫羊藿生长状况和光合、叶绿素荧光参数,探讨朝鲜淫羊藿对光照强度的响应。结果表明:朝鲜淫羊藿株高、茎径、叶面积、单叶干质量均表现为遮阴处理显著高于全光照,比叶面积70%透光率下最高;随透光率下降,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素(a+b)质量分数,叶绿素a/叶绿素b均升高,类胡萝卜素质量分数则表现为50%、30%透光率显著高于100%、70%透光率;6、8月份,各处理蒸腾速率(Tr)呈先上升后下降的趋势,随透光率下降,净光合速率(Pn)呈下降趋势,70%透光率下净光合速率最高;高透光率和低透光率对朝鲜淫羊藿叶片叶绿素荧光参数影响显著,且100%透光率下影响最大。综合表明,朝鲜淫羊藿有较强的耐阴能力,且对光环境适应性较宽,但强光照环境下不利于其生长和光合生理特性。
We evaluated the ecological adaptability of Epimedium koreanum Nakai to different light conditions, and determined the photosynthetic, fluorescence characteristics and growth performance. We set the light transmittance of 100%(CK), 70%±3%(T1), 50%±3%(T2), and 30%±3%(T3). The plant height, stem diameter leaf area and single leaf dry weight of E. koreanum shading treatment were significantly higher than the full light, and specific leaf area was the highest in 70% light transmittance. With the decrease of light transmittance, chla, chlb, chl(a+b) and chla/b contents were increased, and Car of 100% and 70% light transmittance behaved significantly lower than 50% and 30% light transmittance. From June to August, the transpiration rate ( T r) of all treatments was increased first and then decreased. With the decrease of light transmittance, the photosynthetic rate ( P n) was decreased roughly, and the photosynthetic rate was the highest under 70% light transmittance. High light transmittance and low light transmittance significantly affected chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of E. koreanum , and the light transmittance of 100% had the greatest impact. Therefore, E. koreanum has stronger shade-tolerance ability and wide adaptability to light environment, but it is unfavorable for growth and photosynthetic characteristics in bright light environment.
