摘要 贵州茶业发展历史悠久,茶文化底蕴深厚,这是发展贵州茶产业的先天优势。近年来,贵州茶业发展迅猛,茶园面积跃居全国首位。尽管如此,但贵州还不是茶业强省。究其原因,贵州茶文化发挥效应不显著,品牌影响力较弱是贵州发展茶产业的短板。实践证明,茶业与茶文化是相辅相成,相互促进的关系。因此,深入挖掘贵州茶文化,以文化引领、保护传承的理念宣传,打造和提升贵州茶业,推动贵州传统茶与茶文化的传承和发展,是当前贵州茶人亟待解决的课题。基于此,本文系统梳理贵州茶文化研究的历史脉络,重点探讨贵州茶文化研究现状,对此研究进行反思,从而提出建议。 Guizhou boasts a tea development history of long standing and sound foundation of tea culture. At present,the tea in Guizhou is developing fast with the growing area ranking the top in China.Despite of this,Guizhou is not yet the tea-strong province,because its tea culture has not been given full play,leading to weak brand influence. Practice has proved that tea and tea culture inter-twining and mutual-promotive relationship. Therefore,it is urgent to deeply dig the Guizhou tea culture,build and promote Guizhou tea industry through cultural guidance and notional propagation of protection and inheritance,so as to push forward the inheritance and development of traditional Guizhou tea and tea culture. The present paper systematically teases out the historical context of researches into the Guizhou tea culture,focusing on the status quo of these researches by reflecting them,so as to raise some suggestions.
