摘要
本文介绍了一个发动机动态数据监测仪装置,本装置通过检测汽车各传感器的输入信号,经汽车发动机ECU处理后,结合发动机工况,精确控制点火时刻喷油脉宽,精确调整发动机燃油消耗和功率。该装置可以直观地模拟电控发动机各个传感器和执行器的工作状态,用数据线与实车相连后,可以观察各传感器执行器运行状态,且可用于发动机电控检测教学。
This paper introduced an engine dynamic data monitor device. This device can accurately control the fuel consumption and power of the engine by detecting the input signal of each sensor. After the ECU processing of the au- tomobile engine, the device can accurately control the pulse width at the ignition time and adjust the fuel consump- tion and the power of the engine accurately. The device can simulate the working condition of engine' s sensors and actuators visualized, connected to a teal ear with the data cable, can observe the running state of sensor, actuator, and can be used in the teaching of engine electronic control detection.
