摘要
目的分析和评价228例儿童尿道下裂患者围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法抽取我院2016年儿童尿道下裂手术患者228例,对其预防性使用抗菌药物的品种、给药时机、疗程等情况进行回顾性分析。结果围手术期抗菌药物使用率达100%,主要药物种类为β-内酰胺类;不合理用药主要表现为围手术期抗菌药物选用起点过高和用药时间过长。结论临床医师应严格按照抗菌药物使用原则用药,以确保患者用药安全、有效、经济。
Objective To analyze the use of perioperative antibiotics in 228 pediatric patients with hypospadias in order to provide a reference for the rational use of antibiotics in clinic.Methods The medical records of 228 pediatric patients with hypospadias in our hospital in 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The records contained prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs.The selection of antibiotics,administration time before operation and course of treatment were evaluated.Results The application rate of antibiotics during perioperative period was 100%.β-lactams were the main antibiotics.The irrational antibiotic use was excessive use of high ranking drugs and long course of treatment.Conclusion To ensure the safety of patients with medication,effective and economic,the clinicians should strictly follow the guiding principles for clinical application of antibiotics.
