摘要
报道了一种不经意中观察到的牡丹病害。从牡丹异常花蕾观察分析,确定为花蕾畸形现象,进而显微观察分析,确定畸形花蕾为病原虫寄生所致,总结确定为一种新病害,危害花枝,导致蕾期花蕊出露,花瓣残缺,严重削弱牡丹观赏价值,并拟定病名为牡丹葵蕾病。描述了牡丹葵蕾病宏观及显微观察特征,并进行了简单病情调查。
The article reported on a disease of Paeonia suffruticosa observed inadvertently. It was identified as bud deformity based on observation and analysis of abnormal flower buds, which is caused by the parasitism of pathogens, so it was identified as a new disease. This disease will harm the flowers and branches, leading to the emergence of buds and stamens during the bud period, the petals are incomplete, seriously weakening the ornamental value of peony, The name of the disease was proposed ‘Kuilei＇ disease of Paeonia suffruticosa. In addition, the macroscopic and microscopic observation characteristics of the disease were described, and simple disease investigation was conducted.
