摘要
石斛作为我国传统名贵中药材之一,具有明目功效,可用于治疗目暗不明等内障眼病。现代药理学研究发现,不同种类石斛其有效成分的含量及作用不同,因此本文主要综述2015版《中国药典》中收录4种石斛的有效成分在眼科疾病治疗方面的实验研究进展。
Dendrobium is one of the traditional Chinese herbs noted for its effects on improving visual function. It is used to treat various ocular diseases, in particular those implicating lens and retinal pathologies. Modern pharmacological researches have demonstrated that different types of Dendrobium consist of varied bioactive substances, thereby exert distinct pharmacological effects. The current review mainly focuses on the ophthalmic diseases and summarizes the experimental findings and research progress of the major bioactive components derived from four kinds of Dendrobium from 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
