摘要
目的观察针刺联合颈舒颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法神经根型颈椎病患者60例随机分为3组。针刺组仅给予针刺治疗,药物组仅口服颈舒颗粒治疗,治疗组予针刺联合颈舒颗粒治疗,2周后评定各组的治疗效果。结果针刺组的总有效率为80.00%,药物组的总有效率为85.00%,治疗组总有效率为95.00%。各组治疗后NRS疼痛评分及症状体征量化评分比较,治疗组明显优于针灸组与药物组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合颈舒颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病效果满意。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Jingshu Granules on cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 60 patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into three groups,20 cases in each group. Acupuncture group was only given acupuncture treatment,while the medication group was only treated with Jingshu Granules. The treatment group was treated with both,and the clinical effect of each group was evaluated 2 weeks later. Results： The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 80.00%,the medication group 85.00%,the treatment group 95.00%,and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the scores of NRS,symptoms and signs were compared. The treatment group was significantly better than the acupuncture group and the medication group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of acupuncture combined with Jingshu Granules is effective in treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. It is a successful application of acupuncture combined with medicine,and is worthy of affirmation and clinical practice.
