摘要
目的:初步构建《黄帝内经》针刺补泻理论框架,使更多针灸医师系统认识到针刺补泻的重要价值以及临床应用的必要性,进一步推动针刺补泻的临床实际应用。方法:通过整理《黄帝内经》中关于针刺补泻理论的相关文献,从针刺补泻的核心内涵、补泻原则、补泻方法等方面,构建《黄帝内经》针刺补泻理论框架,并对其临床应用价值展开探讨。结果:研究发现,《黄帝内经》针刺补泻的核心内涵重在"治神""调气"的应用;在补泻原则上应当首辨虚实寒热,并遵循先后补泻、大小补泻、以及补泻禁忌等补泻原则;此外,《黄帝内经》中还详细记述了迎随补泻、开阖补泻、呼吸补泻、方员补泻等7种补泻具体操作方法,具有较高的临床实用价值。结论:《黄帝内经》针刺补泻理论具有较高的学术价值,其为后世针刺补泻方法的完善与发展起到了奠基作用。
Objective： To construct a theorencal tramework of reinforcing and reducing manipulations of acupuncture therapy in Huangdi Neijing, so as to make more acupuncturists systematically recognize the important value of reinforcing and reducing manipulations of acupuncture therapy and the necessity of clinical application, and further promote the clinical application of reinforcing and reducing manipulations of acupuncture therapy. Methods： Through sorting out the relevant literatures on the theory of reinforcing and reducing manipulations of acupuncture therapy in Huangdi Neijing, a theoretical framework was constructed from the core connotation, reinforcing-reducing manipulations principle and method, as well as its clinical value. Results： The study found that the core connotation of reinforcing and reducing manipulations of acupuncture therapy in Huangdi Neijing was in the application of ＇spiritual cultivation＇ and ＇regulating qi＇; on the reinforcing-reducing manipulations principle, it should be identified the deficiency and excess and cold and heat, as well as follow the principles such as one after another reinforcing-reducing manipulations, big and small reinforcing-reducing manipulations, contraindication of reinforcing-reducing manipulations and so on. In addition, it was recorde.d seven methods of reinforcing-reducing manipulations in Huangdi Neijing, such as ying-sui reinforcing-reducing manipulation reinforcing and reducing method by keeping hole opened or closed, reinforcing-reducing method by respiration, fang-yuan reinforcing-reducing manipulation, which had high clinical practical value. Conclusion： The theory of reinforcing and reducing manipulations of acupuncture therapy has a high academic value and lays a foundation for the improvement and development for the later generations.
