摘要
目的构建符合中国国情的神经系统疾病标准化护理评估术语体系,旨在为规范神经系统疾病护理评估记录提供借鉴。方法使用国际功能、残疾和健康分类临床检查表评估患者,提取与神经系统疾病相关的护理评估问题。运用德尔菲专家咨询法进行2轮咨询,确定神经系统疾病标准化护理评估术语体系。结果 2轮专家问卷回收率分别为95.7%和100%,专家意见趋于一致,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),专家的权威系数分别为0.841和0.881。构建的神经系统疾病标准化护理评估体系包括13项一级类目、45项二级类目和61项三级类目。结论神经系统疾病标准化护理评估术语体系的可靠性和规范性较强,对提高护理服务质量和促进护理信息交流具有重要意义。
Objective To establish the standardized neurological nursing assessment terminology system to provide the basis for the standardized electronic nursing records. Methods We used the clinical examination table of the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health to extract nursing assessment problems related to the nervous system diseases. We used two rounds of Delphi expert consultation to form a standardized neurological nursing assessment terminology system. Results The positive coefficient of two rounds was 95.7% and 100%. The opinion of experts tended to be consistent, and the difference was significant. The expert authority coefficient of two rounds was 0.841 and 0.881. Standardized neurological nursing assessment terminology system included 13 primary categories,45 secondary categories,and 61 tertiary categories,and a total of 87 independent categories. Conclusion The standardized neurological nursing assessment terminology system is reliable and standard,and it has important significance to improve the quality of nursing service and nursing information exchanges.
