摘要
目的探讨经小切口限制韧带切除矫正轻度上睑下垂的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2015年7至2017年3月采用小切口切除限制韧带联合重睑术治疗轻度上睑下垂患者，对术后效果进行随访观察。结果本组矫正轻度上睑下垂患者23例（37只眼），术后随访3～15个月，所有患者上睑下垂矫正效果良好，抬眼明显轻松，无复发。结论经小切口切除限制韧带，有助于恢复上睑提肌功能，能有效矫正轻度上睑下垂，手术创伤小，形态自然、不易复发。
Objective To observe the clinical application and effect observation of small incision restricted ligament resection in correcting mild blepharoptosis. Methods Twenty-three patients with 37 eyes of mild blepharoptosis were given this treatment from July 2015 to March 2017, and the postoperative effect was observed. Results All cases were satisfied with the result and it was easy to lift of upper eyelid. No recurrence of blepharoptosis was observed. Conclusion The new method introduced has advantages in simple operation, minimal invasive, and natural postoperative form, is an especially suitable approach for mild blepharoptosis patients.
