摘要
贵州省天然气利用前景和市场开发潜力巨大,推进当地天然气利用,有必要加强市场调研并分析需求潜力,制定相应推进措施和策略。基于贵州省能源消费现状和天然气利用领域的市场调研,分析了贵州省天然气供需形势和天然气基础设施建设现状,剖析了贵州省推进天然气综合利用所面临的机遇与挑战,指出"煤改气"、交通用气、天然气分布式能源、城市燃气四大领域应作为贵州省天然气利用的主要推进领域,分析测算了这四大领域2018-2022年的用气规模,提出了推动贵州省天然气综合利用的政策与保障措施建议。
Guizhou Province has good gas utilization prospect and huge market development potential. To promote local natural gas utilization, it is necessary to strengthen market survey and analyze the demand potential, and formulate corresponding promotion measures and strategies. Based on present situation of energy consumption in Guizhou Province and the market survey in natural gas utilization field, the paper analyzes the natural gas supply and demand situation and current natural gas infrastructure construction situation in Guizhou Province, and analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought to Guizhou Province during the promotion of comprehensive natural gas utilization. It points it out that the"coal to gas", gas for transportation, natural gas distributed energy and urban gas should be taken as the four major fields to be promoted for natural gas utilization in Guizhou Province. The gas consumption of the four fields in 2018-2022 are also analyzed and calculated and the policies and measures promoting the comprehensive utilization of natural gas in Guizhou Province are also put forward.
