摘要
东北地区自然环境、社会环境较为独特,对于高职工程测量人才培养更多地表现为阻滞影响。东北地区冬季寒冷漫长,建议建立室内实习实训室以满足冬季的实习实训教学安排;生源较差,建议适当降低知识目标的培养要求,提高能力目标和素质目标的培养要求;高职工程测量人才就业情况较差,建议提供更多的外地就业渠道并调整相应的人才培养目标。
The natural and social environment in northeast China is relatively unique, which has negative effects on the training of engineering survey talents in higher vocational colleges. The winter in northeast China is cold and long, so it suggests setting up indoor practice training room to meet the practical training teaching arrangement in winter. As the source of students is poor, it should lower the training requirement of knowledge target and raise the training requirements of ability target and quality target. The poor employment situation of higher vocational engineering survey talents requires it to provide more employment channels in other places and adjust the corresponding training target.
