摘要
目的探讨癫痫一号方联合卡马西平对风痰闭窍型癫痫病人血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法选取我院收治的风痰闭窍型癫痫病人96例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予卡马西平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合癫痫一号方治疗。观察两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、血清SOD、MDA、Hcy水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医症状各项积分显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组SOD水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组MDA、Hcy水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论癫痫一号方联合卡马西平治疗可有效改善风痰闭窍型癫痫病人临床症状和血清SOD、MDA、Hcy水平,提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Dianxian 1 prescription(DYP)and carbamazepine,serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),and homocysteine(Hcy)levels in patients with epilepsy and wind-phlegm syndrome.Methods Ninety-six patients with epilepsy and wind-phlegm syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n =48)treated with carbamazepine and treatment group(n =48)treated with DYP and carbamazepine.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,serum SOD,MDA,Hcy levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group(P〈 0.05).After treatment,TCM symptoms scores were significantly lower than those in the two groups before treatment(P〈 0.01),which were lower in treatment group than those in control group(P 〈0.01).After treatment,SOD levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P 〈0.01),which were significantly higher in treatment group than those in control group(P 〈0.01).The levels of MDA and Hcy in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P 〈0.01),which were lower in treatment group than those in control group(P 〈0.01).Conclusion DYP and carbamazepine can effectively improve clinical symptoms and serum levels in patients with epilepsy and wind-phlegm syndrome.
