摘要
分析了两框架光电稳定平台的运动形式及结合部特点,提出了不同结合部的仿真处理方法。分析了有限元建模的主要误差原因,并给出了基于神经元网络的误差校正算法。通过设计实验组件,对支撑轴承在不同预紧条件下进行扫频实验,验证了该误差校正方法具有良好的应用效果。
The motion forms and joint characteristics of the two-frame photoelectric stabilized platform are analyzed,and the simulation processing methods of different joints are proposed. The main error causes of finite element modeling are analyzed, and the error correction algorithm based on neural network is given. By designing the experimental components, the sweep-frequency experiment of the supporting bearings under different pre-tightening conditions verifies that the error correction method has a good application effect.
