摘要
目的探究分析激光微创疗法联合康复新液对宫颈糜烂患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法 120例宫颈糜烂患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予CO2激光微创治疗,观察组患者采用康复新液联合CO2激光微创治疗,观察对比两组的临床治疗效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的88.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为11.67%,对照组患者术后并发症发生率为36.67%,两组术后并发症发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光微创疗法联合康复新液在宫颈糜烂治疗中的临床应用价值显著,可以有效降低术后并发症发生率,具有较高的有效性和安全性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of laser minimally invasive therapy combined with Kangfuxin liquid for patients with cervical erosion. Methods A total of 120 patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group received CO2 laser minimally invasive therapy, and the observation group received Kangfuxin liquid combined with CO2 laser minimally invasive therapy. The clinical treatment effect and occurrence of postoperative complications in two groups was observed and compared. The clincial treatment effect and postoperative complications between the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 88.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 11.67%, which was significantly lower than 36.67% in the control group. Both groups had statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of laser minimally invasive therapy and Kangfuxin liquid has remarkable clinical application value in the treatment of cervical erosion, and it can effectively lower the incidence of postoperative complications, with high effectiveness and safety, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
