摘要
依据多年来的工作经验实践,首先对智能化小区的基本概念做了简单的阐述;然后提出了目前我国智能化小区在发展过程中出现的一系列问题;进而总结归纳出在未来智能化小区的设计中应遵循的设计原则及其设计内容;并对居住小区的智能化系统所包含的内容做了详尽阐述。期望本文能起到抛砖引玉的作用,为我国将来的居住小区智能化设计提供参考。
Based on the working experience of many years, but also gives a brief explanation to the basic concept of intelligent community; Then the paper puts forward a series of problems which appear in the development of intelligent community in China. Then it summarizes the design principles and their contents that should be followed in the design of intelligent community in the future. And the contents of the intelligent system of residential district are elaborated in detail. It is expected that this article can play the role of throwing bricks to introduce jade, for our future residential district intelligent design to provide reference.
