α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果对比分析 被引量:9

Comparison and analysis on the clinical effects of α-lipoic acid and mecobalamin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 目的探讨α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果。方法选择2016年4月~2017年11月2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者90例根据治疗方法分组。对照组给予甲钴胺治疗,观察组则给予α-硫辛酸治疗。比较两组2型糖尿病周围神经病变治疗效果;肌电图监测结果恢复正常时间、肢体麻木完全消失时间、腿反射恢复正常时间;治疗前后患者神经传导速度、多伦多评分;药物不良反应率。结果两组2型糖尿病周围神经病变治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肌电图监测结果恢复正常时间、肢体麻木完全消失时间、腿反射恢复正常时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组神经传导速度、多伦多评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组神经传导速度、多伦多评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的应用效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,促进患者神经传导速度加速,且无严重不良反应,安全有效,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of α-lipoic acid and mecobalamin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy between April 2016 and November 2017 were selected and grouped according to the treatment method. The control group was given mecobalamin for treatment. The observation group was given α-lipoic acid for treatment. The therapeutic effects; duration of EMG monitoring results resuming to normal, duration of limb numbness completely disappearing, duration of leg reflexes resuming to normal; nerve conduction velocity and Toronto score before and after treatment; adverse drug reaction rate were compared between the two groups of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Results There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy (P〈0.05); the differences between the two groups were statistically significant in the duration of EMG monitoring results resuming to normal, duration of limb numbness completely disappearing, duration of leg reflexes resuming to normal(P〈 0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in nerve conduction velocity and Toronto score between the two groups before treatment(P〉0.05); after treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in nerve conduction velocity and Toronto score between the two groups(P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in adverse drug reaction rates between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion α-lipoic acid has a definite effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It can effectively improve clinical symptoms and promote the acceleration of nerve conduction velocity in patients. It has no serious adverse reactions, and is safe and effective, which is worthy of promotion and application.
