摘要
运用"平台+应用组件"的模式,基于SOA设计了重庆市环保专项资金管理系统的B/S三层架构,建立起规划项目、计划项目、执行项目统一编码的项目库,实现了对专项资金项目的"申报-审批-实施-验收"流程全过程管理,提高了专项资金项目的管理水平和资金使用效率。
Using the ＂platform ＋ application component＂ model,the B/S three-tier structure of Chongqing＇s environmental special funds management system was designed based on SOA,and a project pool of periodic project planning,annual project planning,and project implementation was established,and the whole process management of the ＂declaration-approval-implementation-acceptance＂ for special funds projects was realized.With this Special Fund Project Management System,the management level of the special fund project and the efficiency of fund use have been improved.
