摘要
以"五一口号"为基础建立的新中国政治协商会议制度,其原初追求是在社会各阶层、各群体之间建构多边谈判平台、协商新中国的制度建设、重构共同体,实现底限正义。底限正义包含生存权和发展权。生存权由人身权利、基本生活水准权构成;发展权有机会公平、平等发展构成。促成政治协商会议制度是共享胜利成果、平等谋求发展的中国精神。
The new China Political Consultative Conference System,based on the ＂labor day slogan＂was originally aimed at building a multilateral negotiation platform among all levels of society and groups,negotiating new China＇s system construction,reconstructing the community,and achieving base justice. Base justice includes survival right and development right. The survival right is composed of personal rights and basic living standards; the development right is composed of equal opportunities and equal development. The Political Consultative Conference System is a Chinese spirit that shares the fruits of victory and seeks development equally.
