摘要
近年来,专利运营机构不断涌现,推动了专利的运用,引导了专利价值真正实现的主要趋势。纵观目前我国专利运营实践,发现专利运营主体市场运用能力欠缺、客体质量不高、运营平台特色不明显,以及各要素之间缺乏紧密协调等各类问题,专利运营尚未形成成熟体系。在共享经济背景下,可借鉴共享运营思维,从生态角度设计创新的专利运营生态体系,在提高主体市场运用能力、客体质量、促进运营平台特色化基础上,搭建共享、开放、协调的专利运营生态圈。
Patent operation agencies promote patents use and help to truly realize patent value. Currently, patent operation in China suffer from the following problems： patent operation entities are weak in market operation; objects of patent operation are of inferior quality; patent operation platforms have no features and advantages; the essential elements for patent operation are not closely coordinated; and the patent operation is generally not mature. Against the backdrop of sharing economy, the sharing operation idea can be borrowed to design innovative patent operation platforms in an ecological perspective. While improving the drawbacks mentioned above, it is recommended to build sharing, open, coordinated patent operation ecology.
