摘要
随着社会经济不断发展,国家加快了对城市现代化建设的步伐,也促使我国建筑行业获得更进一步发展。在国土资源有限背景下发展建筑业,为有效节省空间,促使空间资源发挥到最大,高层、超高层建筑也逐渐成为建筑主流。在发展的过程中具体体现在向地下空间拓展,也越来越引起开发商的青睐和关注。然而,在对地下空间拓展的过程中,对高层建筑基础施工也提出更高的要求,在确保基础工程质量的基础上,也要降低温度、沉降等对其造成的不良影响。基于此,本文对高层建筑基础后浇带施工技术进行解析。
With the continuous development of the social economy, the country has accelerated the pace of urban modernization, which has also contributed to the further development of China's construction industry. In the context of limited land and resources, the development of the construction industry will effectively save space and maximize space resources, so the high-rise and super-tall buildings will gradually become the mainstream of construction. In the process of development, the expansion to the underground space has increasingly attracted the attention and interest of developers. However, in the process of expanding underground space, higher requirements are also put forward for the construction of high-rise building foundations. On the basis of ensuring the quality of basic projects, it is also necessary to reduce the adverse effects caused by temperature and settlement. Based on this, this paper analyzes the construction technology of high-rise building foundation post-pouring belt.
